1. E-Courses Delivery

  • All e-courses are delivered directly to the user’s registered email ID.
  • Delivery of e-courses will be completed within 3 working days of successful registration and payment.
  • Please ensure that the registered email ID provided during the registration process is accurate and accessible.

2. Physical Notes Delivery

  • If users opt for physical notes as part of their course materials, these will be shipped within 7 working days of successful registration and payment.
  • Physical notes are sent via reliable courier services across India.
  • Users will receive tracking details once the shipment has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges for physical notes, if applicable, will be communicated during the registration process and included in the payment summary.

4. Delivery Issues

  • For damaged shipments, users must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package, along with photographic evidence.

5. Service Areas

  • E-courses are delivered globally via email.
  • Physical notes are shipped only within India. We do not currently offer international shipping for physical materials.
